Bianca Bender
Customer Experience (CX) by Bianca Bender
Topic: Customer centricity and design thinking The presentation will start with a main introduction on innovation: what changed due to digitalization, why does the user import more and companies need to focus on user centricity. I will explain the three lenses of innovation and deep dive into different forms of innovation that exist. I will show different “buzzwords (agile, co-creation, iteration, design thinking …)” connected with innovation and give an overview on methods and tools used in innovation processes. Further I will deep dive into working on projects with an innovative approach. I will give examples of projects we realized with different kinds of companies: SME as well as big companies and give an detailed explanation on the project steps we did and the methods we used. After that I will conclude with an outlook on what companies can learn by this and how they can become more innovative. Anders Indset
Keynote Speech by Business Philosopher Anders Indset
Topic: Wild Knowledge — Outthink The Revolution Anders will talk about wild knowledge, taking the audience on a walk through our created history and he will be taking an outlook on where we might be heading in our improvised future. He will also talk about the forces of change that are driving us from the outside and impact our lives and how the digitization impacts every aspect of our life. Further, about how to change your perception exploiting other views, a different mindset. Our presumed reality is not what we think, and there are still mysteries and questions left unanswered for us to exploit on. The keynote influences how we think and generate impulses. The listeners have the answers, or at least they have access to all answers right in their pockets, so we need to find ways of coming up with the right questions re-discovering the “art of thinking”. Today it is more about seeing what is hidden right in front of you — in plain sight — to understand what we have forgotten and unlearned. The extraordinary is hidden in plain sight, in the ordinary.
